The secret to changing the way you feel lies in a holistic yoga approach. It was this holistic approach to my practice that transformed me from an anxiety-ridden individual, struggling to get out of bed and constantly overwhelmed by my own emotions, to being where I am today. Through this approach, I learned to no longer view life through the lens of dread, fear, anger, and uncertainty. Instead, I discovered a profound sense of inner peace and resilience, and it's this foundation that I'm eager to share with you on your own journey to well-being.

About Kyle.

He believes that yoga shouldn’t be this “mystical thing”, thats only experienced in an ashram in the heart of India, but rather an approachable practice that can easily be learnt, cultivated and experienced in the comfort of your own home.

Yoga is for everyone and no matter who you are, you will be able to feel the magic of yoga with the space Kyle creates.

With a deep respect for yoga philosophy, Kyle combines studies of traditional yoga, from his time in India, with developmental movement, storytelling, and mindfulness application for the modern day teachers, to offer an holistic approach to the art of living.

His approach to guiding regular self-care embodies a playfulness, wisdom, and humour that breaks barriers amidst wellness culture and encourages all levels and personalities to the mat. He is certified with two established ashrams in India, with Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance® RYT 500+ hours, and has gained extended training from master teachers across India.

His goal is to create a resource he wishes he had at the beginning of his yoga journey and to be clear, his is and will always be a work in progress. There are many things that he struggles with – therefore this space is also for him and we are all in a sense practicing together.

Becoming unconditional is the art of cultivating non-resistance, non-attachment, and true compassion. No conditions are needed in order for us to feel a certain way. We require no conditions for our love; nothing needs to change. When this is applied to our partners, it means there is nothing they need to do, change, or improve to receive our love. When applied to ourselves, well, we realize we are already whole and deserving of love too. There is nothing we need to change, do, or improve about ourselves; we are already worthy of all the love our heart can handle.

No anxiety, fear, dread, anger or uncertainty can survive in the face of unconditional love. We are finally able to let everything be exactly as it is.
